I have comcast internet right now and downgrading to AT&T DSL w/3mbp. I never had dsl before so I need some help buying one. I want a combo dsl modem with wireless router or a cheap dsl modem because I have a wireless router already. Something under $100. I saw this modem and want to know if its any good.

ATT usually provides a dsl modem--usually, they give you one for $50 and give you a $50 rebate. Then you attach your wireless router to it.

I cannot speak to that dsl/router combo as I have not used it, but one antenna is not indicative of a "crap" router. One antenna is all you need for a wireless g connection.

You did not specificy what kind of wireless adapter you have.

So you have one of the best 2.4Ghz routers out there and you want a to also downgrade to a modem/router combo.

Get your self a good modem to go with your good router :)
Also look at getting a modem that can do 1/2 bridge mode.
1/2 bridge mode makes quite a difference especially with torrents, can be a wee bit tricky for the unwary.

I am very happy with my Linksys AM300 modem in 1/2 bridge mode and my trusty Dlink DIR-655 router
