I've got an intel 4965N wireless card in my laptop, and want to get the most out of it (which is about 130mbps) from other posts... which router is better in terms of performance? They are only about $30 different so price isn't a concern... I just want to know if the DIR-825 is better than the DIR-655 or if the 655 has features the 825 doesn't have

    thanks!

With DIR-655, you can get up to 130 (or maybe 150) Mbps, which means only using standard 20MHz channel. But with dual band wireless router such as DIR-825 or WRT610N, you can get up to 270 (or maybe 300) Mbps since 4965 can use 40MHz channel only at 5GHz band.
