    Anyone can advise me which router is the best in between these 3 & how stop room mate "torrent-ing" or is it able to set same internet sharing speed?

    D-Link DIR-825 has by far the best hardware so whenever heavy load is involved this one is the best of the three.
    It's also supported by third party firmware DD-WRT and OpenWRT hence Gargoyle too- just pointing that out in case stock firmware turns out to be crap like it often does on D-Links.

    Stopping your room mate from torrenting might be a bit tricky but QoS may come in handy to streamline the whole thing to the point where he's able to torrent (almost) all he wants while you can maintain a decent connection.

    Thanks Dexter , I'm not good at router , but do u suggest me to get 3rd party firmware? What is the benefit of 3rd party firmware?

    I don't recommend using 3rd party firmware just for the sakes of it.
    There has to be a specific requirement that this firmware fulfills. I mentioned it because D-Link is notorious for bad firmware so I wanted you to know that you do have an alternative.

    DIR 825 is Atheros based so this little comparison I wrote is valid here too.

    You'll see if you need 3rd party firmware or not while setting it up- you definitely need good QoS. D-Link firmware has this feature for sure- if it works- I don't know...
