DHCP is not enabled for wireless networking

This is my 1st time here so, hello nice to meet you all.

I have a corega wireless adapter that is plugged into my pc as an access point for my PSP and DS but I keep getting the problem of "DHCP is not enabled for wireless networking" and it says the wireless adapter doesn't have a valid IP address.
In services the DHCP is set to started.

I've also set the Internet Protocol to Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically but this still doesn't solve the problem.

I'm running windows 7

Did you set up the connection as an Ad-Hoc network and enable Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)?

 

yes I did that but its still not working

 

and in the cmd prompt I get this message
