I've got a Netgear DGND3700 which is a combo DSL modem and router, and whenever I'm playing Warcraft on the network wireless or wired I can play for anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes before my internet is completely dropped for about a minute. I've already configured port forwarding on the router and looked through all the setting to try and find something, and I can't seem to find anything obvious.

Also I know that the issue isn't within my PC since it runs just fine on the network at my University while I was in the dorms, with the many I hours I've put into this game.

If anyone might have any idea what the issue is, I'd appreciate any input!

    Thanks!!

Routine question- is firmware up to date?

Indeed it is, I have it run a check every time I access the admin panels. So I assume the auto updater is functional anyways lol.

It may not be gaming related at all.

Check line stats and post them here- Signal to Noise Ratio (or SNR or margin- depending on a device), line attenuation and signal strength and line speed (all values for upstream and downstream)

Anything in the device log that would be helpful?

I'll grab those and if it helps at all I sit about 5 feet from the router and have tried Ethernet to no avail.

Unfortunately those are not it. Doesn't look like the line is a problem either.

Wait...those aren't them? Well I fixed it, I changed the QoS setting to prioritize all of my Warcraft traffic and so far I've had no problems. Not sure if that was really the issue, but as long as I don't D/C in dungeons who cares lol.

What I meant was- these were the values I asked for but they are OK, so these were not to blame.

Glad to see you've solved it.
