    Get a good Linksys Router.

Only buy the DGL-4300 if you can get it on sale for less than $100. That's what happened when I got mine. It's worked well for the most part. It has a lot of advanced stuff that most people will probably never use, but it was pretty easy to set up overall. Make sure when you're configuring it that you enable MAC address cloning. I had some connection issues that were resolved by turning that on.

I wouldn't buy that. It's fast for a D-Link but 200MHz CPU and 16MB RAM (I checked that a while ago, so double check me on that) but that's only because D-Link loves those slow Texas Instruments's 150MHz CPUs.

    I'd recommend ASUS WL-500g Premium (Broadcom 266MHz CPU+ 32MB RAM), or Linksys WRT54GL (Broadcom 200MHz overclockable- mine works @240MHz and 16MB RAM).

D-Link is always giving you poor firmware and most of the times poor hardware- Broadcom based hardware on the contrary is quite fast and mainly linux driven so you can change the firmware yourself if you want/need.
