For me, I hate gaming on wireless, if that's why you're concedering this router. But Tom's hardware has a nice chart comparing routers and stuff
    http://www.tomsnetworking.com/lans_routers/charts/index.html?chart=124
If you're a heavy downloader/p2p user, then this router looks good for handling high traffic based on that chart. never owned one myself. Happy owner of WRT54G V5.0, yes the bad version, but with DD-WRT v23 SP2, running great.

Well, I have my CS server running on my connection, and my current router Dlink DI-604 is having some problems. That is why I thought the heavy duty DGL-4300 would take care of the constant upstream.

I bought this router the DGL-4300 for 70 bucks on ebay. Waiting to get it, that is why I asked.

Nice, looks like a really nice router, specially for the price.. Hopefully it'll handle all the traffic and stuff for ya.

I have the DGL-4300 and it works just fine. I needed something that was Xbox Live compatible. It's a pretty easy router to manage in terms of port forwarding, wireless, and so forth. My laptop and Xbox 360 are hardwired, and my fiance's PC connects wirelessly.

It seems like you got it for a good price. You should be happy with it.

Thanks to all your replys. I think that my CS server is going to run perfectly now.
