Last time I checked, I was on 300Mbps but that was a few days ago. I just checked today and it's stuck on 54Mbps... what the heck! I have a 100Mbps internet connection, so I would like to get my network card back to running 300Mbps. I must have changed something in either the network card settings or router some time ago but I can't figure it out.

System specs below - W520 w/ Intel 6300, connected to WNDR3700v2 on 5GHz network w/ WPA2-PSK [AES]. I have a clear (99%) connection to my router. Channel width is set to auto (only other option is 20MHz).

Any suggestions? Please and thank you.

edit: ok it's late. I figured a solution out - enabled WMM on both the NIC and router and back to 300Mbps. Case closed. Hopefully this might help a few others.
