My internet connection drops everytime I use Facebook or Myspace. Any other website, it works fine.

What type of connection do you have, and where do you live? You don't happen to live in a university dormitory, do you?

If you bypass the router and connect directly to your broadband modem, do you still have the IE problem?

That leads me to believe you have an issue with your router. Have you installed the latest firmware? Have you done a hard reset lately on the router?
