    I've tried both my Tenda w306R and Dlink DI-524 router and neither will connect to my modem, what should i do, my tenda router (is new) it was working earlier on today.

    i can connected directly through ethernet as well.

    What exactly is happening...can u explain in more detail...it's not connecting meaning when u search for the Router using ur computer it's not finding it...or it finds it but just doesn't connect to it?

    don't worry i fixed it, i plugged in a modem i found in a skip and then plugged in our one and it worked some reason..
