Your Subnet mask is wrong on the PPP should be 255.255.255.0

Set to 255.255.255.255 lock out all access.

I'd imagine that you are using the Atheros Wireless Card to connect to your Router wirelessly; if that's the case go to Start--> Run and type ncpa.cpl and hit enter. Right click on the Atheros Wireless Card and select Properties, then scroll down to "Internet Protocol";Select it and hit Properties; here, at the bottom you want to select "Use the following DNS Server addresses" and enter the IP Address 10.0.0.2 in the Preferred DNS field and click ok and ok again. You may have to restart if you are prompted to; If not try the Internet again.
