I recently purchased an Airport Extreme base station. I have an Actiontec DSL modem (provided by Qwest) that I would like to network with the Airport Extreme, but everytime I try to configure the AE, I lose all wireless/wired connectivity.

Does anybody have a DSL modem/Airport Extreme setup that can help me configure these two to function?

You may need to clone the IP address of the PC used to setup the account onto the AE. Most ISP use some sort of access control. Once the MAC Address is clone the ISP will only see it, not any other hardware on your network. Only use a wired port for setup.
