I have a Toshiba Satellite M505-S4940, so I have a pre-installed wireless card on my laptop. When trying to connect to the wireless network after typing in my school's secuirity code, my laptop said "Diagnose the problem". I went to the IT department at my school and they spent two hours trying to connect to my school's network, but they could not get it to work. They told me that my Toshiba tool was blocking my school's wireless netowrk from working. What should I do about this?
