    Hello everyone,

I am hoping someone can help me with this problem. My father's laptop all of a sudden comes up with this message Wireless is Turned off! the wireless devices on your computer are turned off. to turn on the wireless devices, press the wireless button.

Simple enough, the wireless button is F12, we press it and nothing works. Still the same problem. I run a trouble shoot and once again windows network diagnostics tells me Turn on wireless capability.

    Please help.

Do you see any on-screen indicator when you hit F12? Maybe Fn lock isn't on, have you tried Fn+F12?
