What ways are there to combine a wireless router and access point into a single network? Each is acting as two different networks at the moment.

You will need to add a Wireless bridge to both routers. This will tie your network together. If you want to beable to see computers on each end you will need to setup your networks up with the same subnet, but different DHCP ranges so you have no conflicts.
