My Microsoft ISATAP driver is experiencing something called a code 31 error. Any known fixes for this?

Microsoft's KB article, KB932520, states that it is an "ignorable error" that has to do with the encapsulation of IPv6 packets within an IPv4 packet (basically, until the internet goes IPv6, MS wraps IPv6 traffic in an IPv4 wrapper so that IPv6 can piggyback of IPv4 and still function). Try disabling IPv6 and just going with IPv4.
