I have AT&T DSL with a Linsys wireless thing for wireless access for a laptop. The main computer is connected to the Linksys via an Ethernet cable. A few days ago, internet access stopped working. Now the laptop will work if connected directly to the modem via the Ethernet cable, but the desktop won't. Neither will work through the Linksys. Any idea how can fix this? Also:

    1. If I don't have internet access, how can I enter the modem information? Someone showed me once how the enter those http://192.187.0.1, but I forgot how to this.

I appreciate any help you can give. Thanks.

You need to put your login credentials into the router. I would also clone the mac address of the working pc into the router.

As a rule of thumb if things stop working, power down every thing and bring them back up 1 at a time starting with the modem/router/pc's. Wait till each is fully up before going to the next one.

Use the computer that is connected to the Linksys via ethernet cable to configure the router. The Linksys website should have info on how to configure it, and what url to type into the browser, sometimes you have to use internet explorer for this.
