    Dear all,

my sister has a caterpillar s50 phone (android 4.4.2) and a dell L500x with Intel Dual 7260AC with bluetooth.
When I connect my Samsung Galaxy S4 with her laptop everything works as needed.
When she tries to connect her cell phone to her laptop the connection just shows without the security code on her cell phone. When she accepts that connection it gets established but when she tries to upload pictures from her cell phone via bluetooth it just doesn't work.
We tried reinstalling drivers and reintialized the bluetooth connection but nothing helped.

Does anybody know about a caterpillar s50 bluetooth driver that can be downloaded from some place? Or is there something else that can be tested?

    Thank you for your help

There is nothing that has to be downloaded and installed on the notebook - BT works fine as evidenced by GS 4 working fine. Bluetooth is Bluetooth - if you have proper driver installed for the module in your laptop (and you do since it works fine with GS4) there is nothing phone-specific that needs to be installed. It has to be something in the settings of the phone.
