My sager laptop while using it shut down and could not turn on. I brought laptop to repair shop to get it diagnosed. My other issues is my internet. I have my own internet and my building has shared wifi for tenants. I don't use this site nice I got own internet.

I have iPhone 4s. At the moment I'm connected to my buildings wifi because I cannot connect to my own wifi cone toon. When I try to connect, it ask for my password which I type. The issue is after I click join, the same message pops up... Type your password to wifi.

does anyone know how to solve this issue? I had this issue a few times a while back as well but it got resolved itself I don't know how or why. I think it had to do with my wifi not working then it worked. I did reset my modem and then plug it back in but I am having the same issues. And the thing is I cannot see if the Wi-Fi works with my laptop because my laptop is at the repair shop at the moment so I don't know if it's my modem or if it's my phone bit last time wifi worked on laptop

If you can see your WiFi network on your phone and still can't connect, I would start with resetting the network setting. It's under General > Reset.

    What is the AP SSID?
I have found that some times using special characters play havoc with some phones.
Also, what is the channel used by your router?
