Is it maybe of a "stopped service"?

How can I activate a service again?

    To start a service - start>run>type "services.msc" without quotes>press enter
Then go to the service and right click on it to show options, including stop, start, disable etc
    Hope this helps

Try cloning your MAC address in to the router. This is where most wizards fail.
