    Then I'm just about out of ideas. One more though, did anyone mention checking in your event logs to see if there were any events being logged relative to the wireless NIC?

    When I come out of stand by the wireless works fine. i guess I could just do that whenever I want to connect to my network :(

    edit: works without fail. I'm already connected when the screensaver comes down. Wuts the difference from when it's coming out of stand by and when its running normally.

    So I've been emailing tech support at powernotebooks for a week now and they have no idea wut the problem is. I'm sending it in and they're going to check it out for me.

    My problem now isn't locating the wireless but connecting. I get limited or no connectivity to networks. I found a workaround where I put it in standby and when I take it out, it would connect. but i'm trying to sell it so I need it working perfectly.
