In home, I can't open battlelog (battlelog.battlefield.com) after my ISP did some network-sided upgrade

Firefox says connection timed out or server took too long to respond, pinging the web/website IP in command prompt results in the same error message

However in school I can open battlelog but not ping it trough command prompt

I am now scanning for virus using MBAM Pro+MSE (although I am not sure that it can help) and I tried checking the windows hosts file (no battlelog/battlelog IP in there)

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks :)

Btw, both router and win7 is not restricted to accessing battlelog
