Can't get onto internet it says code 31 - and yellow error message on drivers

turned the laptop on two days age..and it asked for drive to be checked, so i let it run, previously no problems, it re started and all good but can't get onto the internet - wireless or wifi? Can connect using my mobile dongle though and don't know what to do. drivers message code 31 saying problem. Can you help.?

Have you tried reloading the drivers. Have you tried updating them.

 

Check Windows log for any services (especially networking-related ones that have failed to start).
By any chance did you uninstall any security software lately- antivirus or a firewall?
