    Hi all

I scoured the web for a few hours trying every possible suggestion to fix this issue, and none have worked.

There is one particular web site which will not load. Nothing from the page loads, it either says connecting ( until the end of time) or web page not available, or cannot access network.

I primarily use Chrome and uninstalled all extensions, reset the settings, disabled firewall, uninstalled Malaware and Avast. Still, unable to load the web page.

I tried Firefox and IE as well to no avail. I also tried two mobile devices and two other laptops, while connected to my home network.

Every other web page known to man loads just fine, my connection is fine, all programs on my laptop that require internet access to function work fine.

I'm begging to think its my network, or my IP?

Tried accessing the site with two different mobile devices on my mobile carriers network and they loaded instantly.

    Appreciate any help

Don't ask for the site. ;)

Most likely ISP is censoring the website. There is also an off-chance that it's blocked somewhere on the router (firewall has it added to block-list) but you'd most likelky know about it.

Try Google DNS servers too instead of your ISP's servers.
