For some reason I can't access geocities or any geocities based site from home. I took my laptop to work where I was able to connect so I'm guessing the problem is not my computer. The problem has persisted for over a week. Any ideas on how to fix it?

    Thanks! :)

I just moved to Dublin, Ireland. The ISP is NTL ( http://www.upc.ie)

The network is wireless at home.

    Running on OS X Leopard

This is the error message for www.geocities.com
"Safari can’t open the page “ http://www.geocities.com/” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection, which sometimes occurs when the server is busy. You might be able to open the page later."

I have tried it with Firefox and that doesn't work either.. but like I said, I took the computer to work and didn't have any problems accessing geocities-based sites.. so I dunno

On your router, change your MTU to 1492 and see if it helps.

Contact your ISP - they may be blocking that entire range of IP addresses.
