This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Well, I decided to see what my RTT and connection reliability to NBR was, and tried to ping notebookreview.com. After all, it is extremely important that I know my post gets updated onto the site in x.x23s instead of x.x22s. All of my requests timed out!? Do you guys block echo request packets or something? Or is it the router on my end? Cause I can ping Yahoo.com just fine.
