    Can I force killer 1103 operate in 5GHz only?

    Force it- not really but you may use different SSIDs and passwords for 2.4GHz and 5GHz and either rank 5GHz SSID on top in Windows (preferred network) or simply not enter details for 2.4GHz SSID at all.
    Both solutions are based on an assumption that it's your router and you can change settings at will.

    what I want is I don't want it has any 2.4GHz signals which interfere with bluetooth. i want it completely stop 2.4Ghz signals.

    ? the wireless card have nothing to do with your bluetooth device/adapter. You can't stop wireless signals unless you shield yourself with some kind of cage :p.
