    Buying new wireless router

    I've been using a D-Link DI-624 wireless router for more than a year now and it's been fine. My sister recently moved out and I decided to give her the D-Link wireless router and just buy myself a new one. Im temporarily using a DI-604 router. I'm looking for something thats has good range, fast, won't drop connections, and is overall reliable.

    So far, the most promising one is the Linksys WRT54GL. It's gotten a lot of good reviews with many satisfied people. And the price looks decent as well. Should I just go with this one?

    wow... I just went through this tonight!!

    I looked at the one your looking at... But chose to buy the Netgear Wireless-G instead. I just got done setting it up.. I luv it!! It works great, and IMO it looks better!!

    Also... when i logged onto there site i found a firmware upgrade was available, and it did it to the router automaticaly. Not sure what got changed, but i'm sure they improved it over the prior firmware.

    Up and running (for a few hours now) with perfect signal.
