    Hello Guys
I recently replaced bt hub to that black one 2.0 and cos they promising 130Mb/s transfer data trough Wi-Fi
    But that is bull !
I checked my speed connection in Wireless network connection status and there is clearly current speed SWAPPING between 130 Mb/s and 65 Mb/s ?
    Why this thing doing ??
And what's main that bloody hub doing - 65 Mb/s stays longer (more seconds) than 130 Mb/s ; cheeky bt ... they lying !
Do have somebody same issue ?
    Thnx

Have you tried getting a replacement, it could be faulty.

Gosh, this is brand new hub 2.0 black received last friday
I had 1.5 but that was 54Mb/s only and I seen info about 2.0 they lying speed is 130Mb/s but it's not!
    Little bit explain:
I watching films on PS3 via Vaio right?
PS3 is wired into bloody hub
Vaio is Wi-Fi-ed into sity hub
Am runnin' homegroup so DLNA right?
And PS3 thanks god supporting quite most video formats
divix ok xvid ok mpeg-4 cool (won't take sity apple formats m4v)
    BUT
I wanted watch blu-ray files (m2ts or mpeg-2 TS -transport stream; if somebody dont know)
it very large load of data but it says streaming is from 45Mbps to 93Mbps of that file
and Film is SKIPPING it's not playng continuously
file has got 13GB yeah there is Dolby Digital sound
But if I have those 130Mb/s as there is stated, that video should be played nicely no skipping
    What do you thing ?

Newsflash: If you need reliability and speed, wireless may not be the best choice.

Realize that like any other radio frequency transmission, wireless networking is prone to interference and propagation effects which will reduce performance. And the figures you mentioned ("54Mb/s", "130Mb/s") are raw, physical layer maximums under lab conditions - add in protocol overhead, interference, a real world situation in general and you can be happy if you reach half the advertised data rate.

Now that doesn't necessarily mean your device isn't broken. Certainly do check if there's a firmware update you can install, try to get it replaced if you can, etc. But don't let advertising mislead you - wireless is for convenience. If speed and reliability are relevant, you want a wired connection.

    Thanks for your opinion Nebelwand

I have HDMI cable, I know with wire will be all ok but my point is try it all wirelesly even blu-ray files
But I realised if there shoving during film play streaming 90Mb/s there is plus audio stream that is 400kbps all transmiting together is more than 130Mb/s I suppose
I just find out couple things yesterday
That hub actually DOES have 130Mb/s
When is transmissing data so if am playing film it's still showing me 130Mb/s sometimes it fall to 117Mb/s just one second and then back to 130Mb/s for long time..
And when I stopped film play it switching 65Mb/s and 130Mb/s
So if hub dont detect any load of incoming data it will switch self to like stand by mode ... so that is why when I check speed is going up and down
I don't tink there is any faulty everything works fine
Even firmware no need to update ...
I only trying blu-ray files (M2TS) stream wirelesly
For me is more better to use PS3 and DLNA it's great
When I using HDMI that is always disaster all things adjust screen blinking
that nvidia control panel is so difficult with external TV
I have to set TV primary othervise I can se horizontal line going acros screen because its not set to primay
    Just I don't want messing
I want play quickly film and that's it :)

My Mum has the 2.0 hub,

it runs rubbish, very low signal strength, I'm helping her over the phone but it seems the wifi signal is just crap with this device.
Would hooking up a linksys router to it help? Please advise.

You can hookup a 2nd router to the BT. Set the BT up in Bridge mode. And use the Linksys as the main router. I did that on several installation.
