    Broadband internet cards????? best??

    I am considering buying a laptop computer and have no high speed internet available in my area. I have heard about highspeed internet cards that you can get that allow you to get on line almost anywhere with the card. I want to know what my options are and which one is the MAX. Also if anyone has them please give me some info on what they are and how they work. What i will need to do once i get one and the difficulty factor on getting it all hooked up. Any and all info you can give me would be a great help. Also if anyone knows about a website that i can go to to tell me where high speed inernet is available like a map or anything i would really appreciate it, thanks

    It's easy to set up, but also $80 per month. Verizon is by far the best in terms of network quality and coverage. You can save $20 by having a phone with them too.

    I would pick Verizon having reasonable success with them.

    Cingular offers a wireless card as well, it's $60 a month. Newer technology gives you some very decent speed.
