    Bluetooth problems in an Inspiron 1720

    Hy guys. I just bought a brand new inspiron 1720 with bt on it and when i try installing the drivers the setup asks me to activate the bt by switching the wifi button into place or pressing fn+f2. In my case i switch the wifi button but the setup does not continue, it stays there asking me to switch on the button even after i did it. Not to mention that sometimes when i try to run the setup it says that it can be run only in vista (i have vista installed). Any ideas?

    Wow man... Please learn to do the following things...

    1. USE SEARCH! - This issue as been covered a BILLION times in the Dell forum...
    2. VISIT DELL SUPPORT - This issue is listed right in their wireless support center with a link to the fix...

    I'm sure you have the mental capacity to do those basic things before wasting time on a thread...

    Also if one does not have a bluetooth device already installed can i upgrade it with an expansion card for example in order to obtain it?
