Hello, I really need help to figure out how I can fix my bluetooth. Since the day I got this laptop I was never able to use bluetooth I thought it could be settings issue, I am trying to use my airpods for it I need bluetooth to work. Anytime I try to discover a device in bluetooth nothing shows up. I opened my laptop back cover to see if anything is loose and everything looks fine. This is the picture of the adapter. https://imgur.com/gCMNeBr

First, (if you haven't already done so), I would check to make sure you have the most recent BT driver installed - this is often separate from the Wifi driver - and that it is visible in Device Manager. Then I would look for another BT device to see if the problem is with BT in general, or with your airpods. You may want to also check under Sound - sometimes the device has been discovered, but Win is set to use speakers by default.
    Good luck.

There are drivers on the Killernetworking site for the 1525, but it appears the bluetooth drivers may be lumped in with the others, and with their software. Chipset is Qualcomm. Dell used the 1525 and lists drivers here: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=7hw54 and the BT driver may be here: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=7hw54 . You could try these and roll back if they don't work.
Hope it goes well. BTW, what BT and Wifi drivers does Device Manager think you have?
