When I turn on the bluetooth manager and click ew connection, all I get is an error message saying "Bluetooth is not ready". When I try to install the drivers that were in my program files folder when I got the laptop the installation said power on the bluetooth device and click OK. So from what I can see the Bluetooth inside the laptop is not working ( and I know that my laptop comes with bluetooth, theres even a sticker on the front).

Has anyone has this problem or know how to fix it?
Is there any way that I can power on the device inside the laptop?
