    Hi everyone,
Back to a month ago, my Sony laptop - Win 7, found lots of problems and I kinda messed with Windows Services, located in Administrative tools; and now I am unable to use my Bluetooth. Every time I try to transfer a file from my mobile to my laptop or vice versa, my mobile gives the error that says connection is failed, retry? and my laptop stops the explorer.exe and restarts it without connecting to my mobile.
Could someone please tell me how can I fix this problem?
Which services are required for Bluetooth to work?
    Thanks in advance...

There's a default Bluetooth service in Windows 7- verify that it is enabled by looking through Windows services (it's called Bluetooth Service or Bluetooth Stack Service.
If that one is running- reinstall drivers for your BT module.

If all of the above are fine make sure that devices are actually paired properly and that your device is visible and allows connection (see here)
