Anyone use bluetooth headphones with their phones or computers?
I'm looking for a simple unit to use with my Sony Ericsson w580i phone. Something small and that doesn't make me look like i'm actually on the phone (like the aliph jawbone, or jabra headsets). Any recommendations?
I was looking into the Sony DR BT21G

I considered the BT21G, but never tried them. I did try the Logitech Freepulse and Moto 820 headphones. Didn't like either of those, just too uncomfortable.

I ended up purchasing an i.Tech Clip Radio. It's a Bluetooth clip/pendant w/ a 3.5mm jack. It does A2DP w/ AVRCP and also includes an integrated FM tuner. All in all I like it. I use it w/ my Cingular 3125 smartphone as well as my laptop. The quality w/ my WM phone isn't that great, but I have determined it's an issue w/ the BT stack used in Windows Mobile. It sounds great when I pair it w/ friends phones (like a RAZR). It sounds exceptional w/ my laptop BT card.

The main reason I went this route, was to be able to use any set of headphones to get better sound quality and I'm happy w/ that decision. I use a set of higher end earbuds and they sound MUCH better than most of the other BT headphones I tried.

The one drawback is that i.Tech uses a proprietary passcode of 8888 instead of 0000 like most BT devices. So, you can't pair the headphones w/ a BT transmitter that you would plug into your MP3 player. So for phones and computers, it's great, for MP3 players, totally useless. They (i.Tech) do however sell a transmitter if you find you really do want to use it w/ your MP3 player.

see i wouldn't mind clip on headphones but i really want to be wireless here.
In 100% of the word. I wouldn't mind earbuds, I would make an exception, But I just want my phone, and some bluetooth headphones with no wires hanging out of them. Thats why the bt21g seemed so appealing.
Anything else you can suggest which is truly a wireless headphone.
This would be in use for the gym or outside walking.
I already have suitable headphones for an audiophile, but this is just for simple uses.

I understand completely, the need to be totally wireless is a HUGE plus. I really wanted to go that route as well, but the sound quality and weight/comfort of the other options pushed me back to the i.Tech Clip bluetooth pendant.

Anyway...I would also check out the Moto S9 (and I think they have a newer model). My brother bought the S9 for running/working-out and loves them. He had previously used the Logitech Freepulse and liked them, but they didn't work as well running and stuff.

A played w/ a Lubix set-up the other day, coworker got them. They sound pretty decent, but there is a wire between the two earbuds...but, they are true earbuds, not over the ear, and they are lighter than they look.

    Hello People!

    I have some questions here:
Tinderbox, could make the Siemens HHB-750 Stereo Bluetooth Headset work with your computer? Anyone else?
I have the HHB-750 for quite a few months and I can get connected with my computer, but I can't make the microphone to work. I can connect it to my cel phone without problems (calls, music, etc.), but the mic just does not work with my laptop. I have a Dell Inspiron 1520 with XP. I have connected other BT Headsets before and have worked fine.

Do you have any idea or suggestion?
    Thanks in advanced.

If you're into the in-ear style headphones, I'd recommend the Plantronics Voyager 855 headphones. They're stereo in-ear headphones, or you can detach the extra earbud and use it as a standard bluetooth headset. They lack in bass a little bit compared to full-sized headphones, but still sound pretty good.

Just be careful that you don't plan on using these headphones for anything involving video, like watching video on your laptop or TV, or playing video games. Bluetooth connections from source to headphone experience about a 0.2-second lag that makes everything seem badly dubbed.
