The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I don't know if this is the right forum but here it goes. I have a motorola RAZR V3 and have unlimited internet access through GPRS. I have done such things a file transfers through the computer and phone.

    What i am wondering is how I can use my phone as a modem. I have heard of other people doing this. I do have bluetooth software that was trying to set it up, the "Bluetooth utility," but it isn't working. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there better software I can download that would set it up for me?
