Try this- start from step 10.

My face is looking like your Avatar downloads. :)

If you can't see the Wireless option then there must be a bug of some sort in the firmware. I was searching online for the latest firmware to link to so you can try updating it, but it seems the support for this Modem is close to non-existant from the manufacturer.

I would try to reset the Modem to see if you regain the Wireless option. Or even better; if it's an ISP Modem try calling the company and report the issue.

I agree- try to reboot it and if it doesn't help reset it to default factory settings- there's either such option to be "checked" where sift-reset is or there's a whole in the back with a small button to be pressed- or both for that matter.
BTW nv_ram82 could you just post a screenshot of some kind of device status page?

In the management menu there's a sub-menu called "restore default".
Go there and see what does it do- I can't say for sure but that looks like a factory reset judging from the screenshots.

I also found this here "The reset pinhole is at the bottom of the router, near the front-right leg. Easy to miss with the grid of ventilation holes that covers the entire bottom."
