Is the Wi-Fi on 2.4GHz band or on 5GHz one?
    AR9285 works only @ 2.4GHz.
Apart from that this card is rubbish especially when it comes to 802.11n (it works reasonably well on 802.11g) so you'd be better off replacing it worth something good like Intel 5300 or 6200.
