    Hi guys,

I was wondering if someone can clear this up for me.

This motherboard has a wireless built into it, but it can just barely detect the SuperaHub inside the house and nothing outside like any other external devices. Sometimes it can "just connect" to our SuperHub, but with no bars showing and the speed will be painfully slow. The distance from my system to SuperHub is about 2/3 meters. Other devices like our mobile phones, I-Pad, and laptops work fine at FULL speed inside the same room.

I've tried resetting my SuperHub, re-installed the drivers, and contacted my ISP to no avail. They said your wireless device is only capable of connecting from short ranges.

Can anyone clarify this? The Asus website doesn't confirm this.

Have you checked the connection to the antennas?

I've got the Corsair 900D case, and I've checked the connection on the back where the Wireless logo can be found and as per shown on the Asus website, but all I see all 3 screws. I take it I'll have to open up the door of the system and check inside?

These are not screws, these are antenna connectors. (to the right of Ethernet jack and to thr left of udio connnectors). That means you have no antennas attached so there's no surprize you have virtually no range.

You need to buy antannas with matching connectors and install them.

For this particular motherboard will any antennas with matching connectors or the official Asus will work?

Any antennas with matching connector will do OK, but looking at what Asus offers and for how much I think it's worth buying from them.
