This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Aspire 5024 slow wireless?

    With my broadcom 802.11g adapter I can transfer only with cca. 2500 kb/s.

    Isn't that a bit slow? I am using Linksys WRT54G v2.2 router.

    im finding mines quite slow as well im also useing a linksys router (in adhoc mode). the connection also sometimes drops out for no reason which can be annoying.
