I currently own an iMac and Macbook Pro. I am in the process of selling the computers and purchasing 2 Sony laptops. I have the 500 GB Time capsule which has the wireless N and I am using the 5Ghz. band. I use the Time Capsule to back up photos, videos, and music. I have the option to sell the Time Capsule with the Apple computers. Should I keep the Time Capsule or purchase a WiFi router and hard drive. The Sony laptops have USB, Firewire 400, and a 3/4 Express card slot to use an ESATA hard drive. I was thinking of purchasing a LaCie 1TB drive with USB, Firewire, and ESATA connections. What kind of WiFi would you recommend. Thanks

I use off-brand routers as TimeLink and Netgear; they seem to do a good job so far.

    cheers ...
