I am looking for some good wireless speakers. They can be Bluetooth (great) or with a hub (good). I can't seem to find too many out there that work well, so any price is open.
    Thanks,
    Mike

OK, how about this. Does anyone own any wireless speakers or do you all have plugins? What are some good sounding speakers without spending lots o money. Wireless would be great but for a Forum sake comments are better.

I really think you're out of luck here. They're just now getting to Bluetooth headphones that aren't very good.

i've been looking for something similar...what i've found so far is a product by roku called soundbridge.
http://www.rokulabs.com/ its available at tweeter audio if you want to check it out. it plugs into your router and then plugs into your home theatre system. so, to have wireless speakers also, you need to get a wireless speaker system hooked up to the roku. the roku only allows you to connect wireless thru your router.

basically all that's out there are wireless speakers, which connect to a stereo reciever of some sort as well as devices which connect to your router...more of a two piece system, which is not what i'm looking for, but would still work.

    Thanks Jayo,
That seems to be one of the options I have come up with also. It looks good but a bit pricey and more complex than I was looking for but its a start.
    Thanks mike.

I was at Sam's Club this past weekend, they have a home theatre system there for aroun 500 dollars that has wireless speakers. Can't remember the name brand off the top of my head but it was a reputable company like Magnavox or something. It definetly wasn't some company you've never heard of.

Don't know how much help that will be but it maybe a starting point.

I want to get wireless speakers because the house I moved into has nice wood floors, no carpet and I don't want to drill holes in the floor to run wires like I did in the last house. Don't even start on running the wires thru the wall, ain't gonna happen.

Ok, went back to Sam's Club today and found out the the speaker system is a Pioneer and is 445.00 dollars. Looks pretty cool from what I can see, they didn't have it hooked up to hear how it sounds tho. [ :(]

Froogle shows "Results 461 - 470 of about 19,800 confirmed / 751,000 total results for wireless speakers. (0.72 seconds) ". Most of these are RF based (connect a transmitter to your laptop), but a quick glance showed some bluetooth. Check it out.
