There is no need for Bluetooth. You can share your printer attached to your PC and print over the network. When you add a printer select network printer and type in the url. \\computer name\printer name. Make sure your firewall is not blocking access and you pc will have to be turned on. Good Luck.

My desktop is not wireless. I have my wireless hooked up on my cable line, and my desktop has its own dsl line.

So you have both cable and dsl? Why not merge the the desktop onto the cable with the wireless or vice versa?

maybe you already know this, but you can get a router, plug it into your cable or dsl modem and use 1 connection for both computers. paying for both dsl AND cable seems quite redundant. sorry, if you already are aware, then please ignore this post.

ok now lets get this straight one last time. My desktop is for work. So it has its own connection Dsl. My Cable line is for gaming and my notebook. I dont want any type of interference if someone is gaming while im working. It pays for itself. Cable connection has a linksys wireless router.

All my computers, carputer, notebook and desktop all have bluetooth. I have one printer. Its connected to my desktop.

    Now can someone help me?

and please no more stating the obvious about how to network a printer. I know how to do that already. But its apparant that i dont wanna go that route.

Well if you get a bluetooth printer you should be able to print from both PC and laptop if they are bluetooth enabled. The range is short though.
