I'll be moving to London soon to attend the London School of Economics and I am looking for a good (and hopefully cheap) wireless ISP either through full WiFi coverage in the area or else mobile broadband. I mainly want to be able to browse the web and possibly make VoIP calls.

    Any suggestions?

Mobile broadband (3G) is the current fashion.

Orange, 3, Vodafone, O2, T-Mobile. You will need to look thorugh the different options. Some may include free access to the provider's wireless hotspots.

Also check for restrictions on the use of VOIP (3 is happy with Skype, T-Mobile bans it). 3 could well be your best choice. It also doesn't automatically compress images by default.

3 seems like a good choice, I hate to deal with encryption applications, and I love Skype.
