I recently noticed here in Las Vegas that Cox, our cable provider, hasn't been letting me upload anything over bit torrent networks. Its been like this for a week, but now I finally concluded that Cox has taken the same route as Comcast.

Does anyone else live in Las Vegas that can confirm this? I'm thinking about calling up to complain but I would like to know if it isn't just me. I'm using the same settings as I always been using, so I really doubt its something on my end.

I hope that lawsuit against Comcast will scare Cox in opening the uploading traffic.

The result is probably going to be a settlement where Comcast will admit no fault, everyone will get a $5 credit on their next bill, and they'll go right back to what they were doing before. Ain't the legal system great?
