Got my Verizon Wireless card activated after about 2 hours on the phone. Got disconected from our first guy, he called us back, but couldn't get ahold of him for an hour, so we tried again.
Got a very nice lady on the phone and after another 20 minutes, we finally got it done... seems too work now. Lets see if it gets billed properly, if at all..

If you don't mind me asking, what sort of issue were you having getting it to work?
I had a customer call me for support for hers because she didn't know that the card needed drivers and she figured there was a problem with the laptop. As a courtesy I found the drivers for her card, a PC 5700 I think it was, and sent them to her. She called me back shortly after to say that that was all she needed to get it working.
As more people get these, it'd be nice to know the sort of problems they might be running into with them.

In this case, when I clicked on the activation prompt and filled out the information on the sign up form, it wouldn't go through and I had too call up Dell. Dell said the form was empty and no information was on the order que..
