I just replaced an SZ360 with an SZ470. It comes with Cingular broadband built in. But Cingular does not provide coverage in a key area for me. Verizon does. So I installed the same PCMCIA air card in the new computer. All goes well except there is no network to connect to in the VZAcess window. SO I call Sony and they said they have had reports of problems when people have tried to use the PCMCIA card slot for this. They don't have a solution. They don't know what is creating the problem. But they tell me that they have not had any reports of this problem when using the USB connection. So I try a USB based air card and the same thing happens. I get no network to connect to.
    Any ideas out there.
