    Yes it does have some kind of built in wireless card.

    Yes, that laptop has a wireless card and can connect to a wireless router.

    In this case "WLAN:802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN", it is the 802.11b/g/n that tells you what types of wireless specifications the card can connect to. To someone new to wireless stuff this may seem kind of arcane, and it is, but it is the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers or IEEE, that approve these standards and name this stuff, and they name lots of different standards, thousands, millions maybe, I have no idea.
