I have really annoying problem with my aspire laptop that i got a week ago and was wondering if anyone else has bumped into this problem before.

When i boot up the machine and try to login as a domain user with this laptop
it loads up the Broadcom program but will not detect the access point and just says " no more networks" when it tries to find out the ssid of the network.

When i have logged in however the connections come up ok and if i logoff and login again it will detect the network and logs in ok.

In the laptop launch manager the wlan is set to be on and under the Broadcom drivers the radio is enabled and under the wireless network properties authenticate before login is checked. Also the Broadcom application is handling the wireless stuff not windows.

OS was Windows XP Pro /w SP2 and all the latest fixes from MS.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
