The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    So, I have discovered this really cool site ( http://pandora.com/) and wanted to share it with my brother, who's in Japan. He however gets this not-so-nice message

    I'm guessing it's being blocked similarly to how piratebay.org was blocked in Italy (DNS?).

    Is there any way he can access it somehow?

    Pandora is a great site but this thread is closed. Pandora restricts access for a reason and any discussion related to bypassing those restriction is against the forum rules.
